The Process

The following chart outlines the general process of becoming a franchisee with Aspire Climbing, because you can't run a race if you can't find the starting line or understand the path.

 

These six steps are not exhaustive but are guidelines and a more macro view of what you can expect as you engage in moving forward in pursuit of building with us. Let's go!

Grow With Us

Facility type

The typical Aspire Climbing facility requires a minimum of 15,000sq./ft. of open space with minimal obstructions (pillars, support beams, etc.).

Floor plan size

The typical Aspire Climbing facility requires an operating floor plan of 12,000 – 18,000 sq./ft. of open space with minimal obstructions(pillars, support beams, etc.) 3,000-5,000 sq./ft. will be used for washrooms, kitchens, office, front desk, party rooms and common areas.

Ceiling heights

The typical Aspire Climbing facility requires a minimum ceiling height of 28 ft. to 35 ft. with minimal obstructions (pillars, support beams, A/C. etc.). Bouldering Gym would have a minimum height of 18' clear.

Ideal location types

The typical Aspire Climbing facility is located in industrial warehouse space. However, given Aspire Climbing’s in-house design/build capabilities, Aspire Climbing can also assist with new builds in urban areas as well.
