The Process

The following chart outlines the general process of becoming a franchisee with Aspire Climbing, because you can't run a race if you can't find the starting line or understand the path.

 

These six steps are not exhaustive but are guidelines and a more macro view of what you can expect as you engage in moving forward in pursuit of building with us. Let's go!

IDEAL CANDIDATES

The ideal Aspire Climbing Franchisee candidates possess business experience, passion, should be involved in businesses every day and move forward in the process by requesting additional information and completing our "Request for Consideration" form.

Business Experience

Franchise candidates should have business experience and ideally business experience in the climbing and sports business. We prefer to work with candidates who have worked in the climbing and/or sports business as we find that people who have worked in these business types are the best franchise candidates.

Passion

Franchise candidates should have a real passion for the business. We want to work with franchise owners who are excited about working with a unique and exciting brand.

Involvement

Franchise candidates should be involved in their businesses everyday. You don’t have to be at the location 24/7, but you should check in regularly and keep an eye on operations, operating costs and sales numbers. You should also be enthusiastic about promoting your Aspire Climbing business within your community.
