Obstacle Training Programs
Nobody said ninja was easy! Ninja warrior involves upper body, core, grip strength, and it’s harder than it looks. Made popular by the American Warrior TV show, those athletes make it look easy! But follow any of their training programs on social media, and you’ll quickly learn that they dedicate a tremendous amount of time to hone their skills, build their strength and increase their agility. The League of Ninjas was developed to build confidence and strength through kinesthetic learning that comes from practice. This program systematically breaks down the movements necessary to complete common ninja obstacles with efficiency and flow. Through focused balance, skills and technique development, increased strength, obstacle times are a natural result.
LEAGUE OF NINJAS 1.0
The introductory 1.0 is playful exploration designed to enhance healthy growth and development for ages 6 to 9. This provides a foundation in balance and motor skills. Ninjas explore agile movement by carrying momentum and find-ing flow through connecting obstacles. Games and activities are non-competitive and focused on participation to keep kids moving. Gains in strength and confidence occur naturally, maximizing fun through the positive re-enforcement of progression and accomplishments.
LEAGUE OF NINJAS 2.0
Scaled-up for ages 10-13, 2.0 provides further development in balance, coordination and strength in growing, maturing bodies. Explore agile movement by carrying momentum and finding flow. Gains in strength and confidence occur naturally by maximizing what you have to work with for the best possible results.
LEAGUE OF NINJAS 3.0
With stronger bodies and minds, 3.0builds strength, endurance and agility to ninja skills for ages 14-17. Ninjas will explore more challenging obstacles like the salmon ladder and learn camp using skills to compliment their monkey bar agility. Warped walls become easier and personal records are broken. Explore agile movement by carrying momentum and finding flow.
LEAGUE OF NINJAS 4.0
Are you looking for solid OCR (Obstacle Course Racing) training to get through those ninja obstacles? Then LON 4.0 is just the thing. Think hard workouts, get-ting your sweat on while having a ton of fun with other like-minded athletes. Ninjas will explore more challenging obstacles like the salmon ladder and learn camp using skills to complement their monkey bar agility. Warped walls become easier and personal records are broken.
