Floor plan size

The typical Aspire Climbing facility requires an operating floor plan of 12,000 – 18,000 sq./ft. of open space with minimal obstructions(pillars, support beams, etc.) 3,000-5,000 sq./ft. will be used for washrooms, kitchens, office, front desk, party rooms and common areas.

Ceiling heights

The typical Aspire Climbing facility requires a minimum ceiling height of 28 ft. to 35 ft. with minimal obstructions (pillars, support beams, A/C. etc.).

Ideal location types

The typical Aspire Climbing facility is located in industrial warehouse space. However, given Aspire Climbing’s in-house design/build capabilities, Aspire Climbing can also assist with new builds in urban areas as well.
